Trinity School Johnson ChapelDESCRIPTION: The chapel in the historic 19th century building was rebuilt to serve the current needs of this upper west side private school. Natural light was introduced to the windowless space through carefully placed skylights. Attention to detail and the careful selection of materials enhance the simplicity and spirituality of the space.

New York University, College of Dentistry Laboratory.DESCRIPTION: To renovate 20,000-sqft of office and clinical space for the NYU College of Dentistry. The work included new mechanical equipment and electrical systems, dental labs and exam rooms and a new elevator.

Bronx Preparatory Charter SchoolDESCRIPTION: A new state of the art school was constructed out of the ground in the South Bronx. This public charter school can accommodate 800 students and provides the student body with space for effective academic learning and extended day activities in their new library and auditorium/gymnasium.

Grand Hyatt HotelDESCRIPTION: The construction of the Commodore Grille required the replacement of two floors of the exterior curtain wall on Lexington Avenue. The detailed ceiling construction, architectural wood-working and custom fixtures help create an elegant dining experience.

The Mission of OmanDESCRIPTION: To construct a multi-floor corporate office space for the Mission of the Sultanate of Oman. This high-end renovation included detailed custom glasswork, hand crafted millwork and intricate stone work. In addition, a new staircase was constructed within the existing floor plan.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER: Guth Engineering.
The Salvation ArmyDESCRIPTION: The center at 62 Hanson Place no longer met the program requirements of the owner. The existing 13-story tower was completely reconfigured with new sleeping and communal facilities, and rebuilt mechanical and electrical systems. An addition was made to the lower three floors and the outside courtyard was restored. The building remained occupied during the course of construction.

Lenox Road Baptist ChurchDESCRIPTION: The old sanctuary no longer met the needs of the community and was demolished. A new sanctuary with administrative offices and meeting room was constructed, utilizing part of the structure of the existing building. A spacious interior accommodates the growing congregation and is the center of the community’s civic life.

Columbia Presbyterian Hospital AuditoriumDESCRIPTION: To renovate and expand an outdated lecture hall into a state-of-the art auditorium. Detailing included a vaulted ceiling, with light fixture and audio visual control at the front podium.

Hannah Senesh Community Day SchoolDESCRIPTION: An existing two story building over a subway station was dismantled, rebuilt and expanded to meet the needs of its new owners. A partial third floor was added and a two story gymnasium/cafeteria was carved out of the original structure.

Trinity Real EstateDESCRIPTION: The project was designed and constructed to comply with LEED for corporate interiors standards and received a gold rating. Glazed wall systems and light harvesting lighting controls were utilized to achieve increased levels of energy conservation.
