AW&S was the General Contractor on a sizable project for the largest social justice law firm in New York, Legal Aid Society, which sought to consolidate three office locations into one at 40 Worth Street. The phased renovation and build out of 200,000 square feet of expansion and existing space across six floors at the GFP Real Estate building included a portion of the ground floor, mezzanine and 3rd floor, and the entire 2nd, 5th and 10th floors.
