Museum of Broadway

AW&S was the General Contractor on a 26,000-SF new build for the first ever permanent immersive museum dedicated to the visual history of Broadway, the Museum of Broadway. Located at 145 West 45th Street in Times Square, the project consisted of a complete build out of the entire cellar, part of the ground floor, and second and third floors at the 12-story building.
